Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays due to factors beyond our control (such as postal service disruptions), we will notify you of any delays via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that delivery estimates are based on the carrier’s provided timelines and do not include order processing times.


Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

 Fil de Provence is not responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:

Fil de Provence is not liable for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
If your package is damaged in transit, please reach out to us at info@fildeprovence.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
